Hi, my name is Gabe, I'm the owner and operator of Teknyka Tech Support. I have over 10 years of experience fixing computers and I enjoy learning everything about them. My credentials include two Associates Degrees in Technology and Network Administration and the completion of the Cisco Networking Academy. I am also CompTIA A+ and CompTIA Security+ Certified.

I work with a group of like-minded technology enthusiasts who enjoy helping their customers meet their technology needs. These part time independent contractors have various skills and certifications that cover the whole spectrum of technology, from software to hardware, and from networking to web design. With our combined skills we are able to tackle any projects that you may have.

• Be true to the estimated cost of repairs and immediately let the client know if the estimates change
• Be honest and forthcoming about the clients problems, even if they are unfavorable to the client or they render the repair service unnecessary
• Safeguard the clients personal files and always perform a backup prior to engaging in actions that may result in the loss of data
• Respect the clients personal data, do not view files or documents for any reason other than what is necessary to perform repairs
• Install only properly licensed software, do not engage in services that are in violation of any laws
